About Ellas Cakes
Ella's Cakes formerly Sweet Tiers is owned and operated by Daniella Palumbo. Daniella is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY (Diplomate 2003) and has been a culinary industry veteran for the past decade.

She moved to Naples in 2005 after working in Las Vegas, and purchased the business "Sweet Tiers" at age 26.  Soon after purchasing Sweet Tiers, she changed the name to Ella's Cakes, which officially made the business hers. 
Soon after changing the name, Ella a minature Dachshund was adopted and became a part of Daniella's business and personal life; officially taking on the role of the defacto mascot of Ella's Cakes.
 
Daniella creates cakes of all types like birthday and party cakes; but her creative desire truely extends to creating beautiful wedding cakes.
 
Ella's Cakes are fresh, baked to order and never frozen. From whimsical to traditional your cake is only an idea away. Creative cakes do take time to create, orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance and are on a first come first served basis depending on availability.
